A short application form is required for application to the BME graduate program. This form is available on this site in a PDF version. The PDF document can be typed into and saved on a local computer, and emailed or printed and mailed to the BME program for consideration.

A free PDF document viewer is available from Adobe at the following website: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

If the PDF is problematic, a web-based form is also available, this form is not easily saveable like the PDF and must be completed, printed, and mailed to the program.

Additional materials are required by the BME program to complete an application, these are listed and described on the Application Info page, and include standard application requirements such as GRE scores, transcripts, letters of recommendation, personal statement/essay, and TOEFL forms for international applicants.

The University of Arizona Graduate College has a separate application process (and a fee) which must be completed in addition to the BME program application. Details of the Grad College application process can be found on their website: http://grad.arizona.edu/Prospective_Students/

Please note that the Graduate college application needs to be sent to the graduate college, and the BME program application to the program itself, materials sent to the wrong places may cause difficulties in receiving complete applications.

Thank you for your interest in the UA BME graduate program, questions or comments about the application process and program in general can be addressed to Debbi Howard, Program Coordinator, at dhoward@email.arizona.edu
